About the event
"Women on the River" is a series of Wednesday night events for women from area yacht clubs (Essex Corinthian Yacht Club, Essex Yacht Club, Pettipaug Yacht Club, North Cove Yacht Club, and Hamburg Cove Yacht Club). We meet, mingle, sail, and dine. Join us on Wednesday, May 31, as Essex Corinthian Yacht Club and Essex Yacht Club host the event this week. We will sail in Ideal 18s and then dine at Essex Yacht Club. The cost for dinner at EYC is $22.00.
No sailing experience is needed. There will be a club-certified skipper in each boat. ECYC Members who are interested in participating should contact Diane Stark at dianstrk@aol.com. Deadline to register is May 24th.
