About the event
Our Cross Sound Challenge (XSC) race for big boats will be held Saturday, September 23, 2023. The race is across the Sound to Long Island and back. Please support this event by either being a sponsor to help cover expenses, volunteering for the race committee or the post-race party, and/or sailing in the race itself. If you have a sailboat and have never raced before but want to give it a try, contact Bill Robinson to learn how to get your boat a rating (which is a prerequisite) for entering.
