THE ECYC CLUBHOUSE HAS RE-OPENED!
While we look forward to welcoming members back to the Club, we must require staff and member compliance with COVID-19 safety protocols.
Please follow the posted requirements to comply with state guidelines for safe operation. Tables and chairs have been positioned to achieve the required social distancing and we ask that you do not move them.
We know these are a lot of rules and regulations, but we must abide by State and Local requirements as well as provide an environment where Club members feel safe. Failure to do so could result in a closure order by the Health Department
THE CORINTHIAN CAFE IS OPEN!
I am pleased to announce that the Spot Behind The Stove will be filled by Chef Lori Daley, an experienced Chef, who will oversee galley operations.
Chef Daley has a long history of experience in the restaurant business that has its origin in the time when she ran the ECYC Galley in the 1980s!
In subsequent years, Lori has worked at many locations in the food services industry, including the Old Lyme Inn, the Copper Beech Inn and the Inn at Mystic. She has overseen many large kitchen operations and has a wealth of catering experience. More recently, Chef Daley has been the chef behind the delicious prepared meals offered by Coffee's Country Store in Old Lyme. She is renowned for her delicious comfort meals, as well as fantastic pastries and deserts.
Please join Chef Daley and her staff at the club and sample her delicious food. You will not be disappointed!
Stay safe and healthy,

Information for visiting yachtsmen and -women
Our mission is to provide an environment of fellowship for our active yachting membership and their guests. Our membership enjoys a traditional, yet updated yacht club facility, offering spectacular views of Essex Harbor from the dining room and elevated deck. We take great pride in our racing and cruising heritage, as well as our on-shore activities and social events calendar. Our club is open to members and their guests eleven months of the year.
Located on the waterfront in Essex, Connecticut, we welcome the visiting yachting community. The Club maintains moorings in Essex Harbor and Hamburg Cove. The anchorage is well protected and just six miles upriver from the Old Saybrook Light on Long Island Sound, and a 10-minute cruise to beautiful Hamburg Cove.
